  Securely pack the item in its original Viltrox packaging, including all lenses, cables, manuals, and protective caps provided.

  Ship Item

  Affix the provided shipping label and drop off the package at an authorized carrier location, ensuring you retain the tracking receipt.

  Inspection & Refund

  Once our technicians verify the gear's condition, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
